Dogs shed hair when they eat more salty foods, I think you have heard about this.

How come dogs shed hair after eating salty meals, but people don’t shed hair after eating salty foods?

Dogs breathe, we breathe, dogs have blood, we have blood, dogs eat, we eat, dogs shed hair when they consume salty foods, don’t we shed hair when we consume salty foods?

Salt is Corrosive

Salt is corrosive in nature.

If you don’t believe me, look at the buildings, metal constructions, and statues along the water. Because of the salt, they have rusted.

Why do we put such a caustic substance in our mouths?

The reason for this is that we consume cooked meals. Cooked food cannot be eaten without the addition of salt. Salt is a flavoring agent that is added to our cooked foods to artificially bring the taste.

We are the only creatures on the earth that eat salt; even fish in water has no salt in their bodies. There is no salt in natural foods, not even in our drinking water.

Will you be able to drink your drinking water if salt is added to it? Can you consume raw salt?

So how come we put it in our food? The funniest part is that even though we know we’re consuming salty foods, many of us don’t realize it’s the cause of our hair loss.

We know about the dog’s hair loss, but not about ours. Instead, we seek out high-priced hair products, treatments, and hair replacements.

Salt not only promotes hair loss, but it also causes our bodies to become acidic, which our bodies fight to regulate.

Stop Salt to Stop Hair Fall

Reduce your salt consumption to reduce hair loss.

Substitute natural foods for salty-cooked dishes. Fruits contain no salt. Instead, they help your body get rid of salt and promote hair growth.

The less salt in your body, the more your body functions normally.

I know it’s difficult to replace everything, but at the very least, you can change one meal.

If I had known this sooner, I would have saved a lot of hair. I am writing this so you can save yours.
